The SmartLock SL720 gyros take the CSM range one step higher.

For these gyros, CSM have chosen to replace the traditional ceramic sensor used in their other gyros with a new silicon micro-machined sensor from Analog Devices, America's leading sensor manufacturer.

These gyros offer a unique combination of bandwidth, dynamic range and stability - meaning theycan respond quicker, cope with faster pirouette speeds, and are drift free!

The gyros come with all leads required, Vibration Isolating Mounting System, software for SL720, and full instructions.

The SL720 can be interfaced to your PC using the optional LPT interface or USB adaptor, which makes the SL720 usable in non-standard applications such as the cyclic axes, camera stabilization, or simply for optimization for different models. To use the SL720 on small electric models (ie like the 'e' mode of the SL630) put the heading lock gain down to 42, and the conventional gain up to 140 - 180.
