This is a  professionally designed engine from start to finish. Note the extremely small offset between the cylinders. This reduces vibration to a minimum. The beautifully cast intake manifold is laying as flat as humanly possible onto the motor.

The superior PCI Ignition uses standard size resistor spark plugs, but in spite of this the twin is only 257mm wide overall. The ZG80B is supplied with screened HT cables.

One carburettor for ease of adjustment and throttle link up. Piston porting for simplicity and reliability. Experience has shown that the single heavy duty propeller bolt is the best. No mechanically unsound multi bolt propeller fixing.

The ZG 80 is supplied with mount and silencers, however a battery and switch will be required for the PCI Ignition system. A 4.8v nimh battery above 1800mah and heavy duty radio switch are recommended.
